Jenn McCauley is the Nittany AI Faculty Liaison, a role that follows her tenure as the program’s manager, where she serves as a subject matter expert and strategic consultant to the Advance Program. She is also an Assistant Teaching Faculty member in the Human-Centered Computing and Social Informatics Department, where she leverages her extensive experience to guide students in their education and career exploration.

Her career is distinguished by successfully managing complex, university-wide initiatives and implementing innovative technologies across key areas, including cybersecurity, health informatics, and business analytics. Jenn is a two-time Penn State alumna, holding an M.S. in Information Sciences and Technology and a B.S. from the Smeal College of Business. Her professional credentials include certifications in Project Management, Agile, IT Service Management, Change Management, and Facilitation.
