Join Ben Ainscough, head of AI and data science research at Domo, for a session exploring data science.
Ben completed his Ph.D. in human statistical genetics at Washington University in Saint Louis and his bachelor’s degree in computer science at Brigham Young University. His graduate research focused on developing machine learning methods to identify somatic mutations in genomic cancer data. Throughout his research career, Ben has contributed to more than 15 publications in well-respected journals, including Nature, Nature Genetics, and Nature Methods. In addition to his academic achievements as a graduate student, Ben co-founded a startup, SnapPEAS, that was able to win numerous startup competitions.
Domo is hiring undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of automation, experimentation, decision science, and research. After his talk session, Ben will be conducting informal interviews.
