Obtaining Access to Microsoft Azure

  • Visit Microsoft Azure for Students Starter to sign up for access.
  • Microsoft will offer additional credits to participating teams in the prototype and MVP phases of the challenge based on team needs and goals. 

Microsoft Azure for Students

The Microsoft Azure for Students program offers a $100 credit for the first 30 days and free access to over 30 Azure products. 

All students who sign up for Azure for Students will also get access to free developer tools (formerly Imagine) and learning content within the Azure portal. The Azure for Students offer will thus provide eligible students:

  • 30+ free Azure services and $100 in credit to use toward paid Azure services of your choosing
  • 14 popular developer tools, free of charge
  • An increasing set of Learning Paths delivered through Microsoft Learn, free of charge
  • Azure Education Hub, where all the above can be accessed and managed
